Data conversion multiple .dbf's to 1 .xls (some programming)

This is part of a data conversion project. I will provide 3 .dbf databases with 1,500 to 3,000 records each. One is a database of phone numbers with 1 record for each phone number. The phone database has an field that tells if the phone number is business, home, mobile, fax, etc. This descriptor field was populated from a dropdown list, not from user entry. The second database is addresses with a separate record for each address. The address database has a field that tells whether the address is home, business, etc. Again, this descriptor field was populated from a dropdown list, not from user entry. The third database is a notes database with a separate record for each note. The databases all have a field in common labeled SerialID that contains a unique number for each client. The end result is to be an .xls database that has column for serialid,workphone,homephone,vacationphone,mobilephone,faxphone,homestreet,homecity,homestate,homezip,workstreet,workcity,workstate,workzip,notes So before there were multiple records for the same client in each database and now they are all on one row of the .xls database. The notes fields would all be combine into one notes field in the .xls database. This is not exactly all of the fields involved, but is close.
